• If a match is cancelled or suspended, bets will be refunded — though limits apply for in-play bets.
• Winnings from Sports Betting will be credited to your account within 72 hours of the match result being announced.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's announcement shall be considered the final result.
• If your internet connection drops, any active bets will be settled automatically based on the server's records.

To maintain a safe environment on BMW 55, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Any of the following may result in account closure and forfeiture of bonuses.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Session Time Limit — automatic logout after a set period of time.
• Cooling-off period — take a temporary break ranging from 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — a voluntary break lasting from 6 months up to 5 years.
• Minors (under 18 years of age) are strictly prohibited from using BMW 55.
